Protection of the personal data provided by you
SF DENT is a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and to repeal Directive 95/46/EC (the "Regulation").
Given the ways to book an appointment offered to you on the Site, SF DENT observes strict rules for the collection, storage and processing of personal data. In most cases, you yourself provide us with this information by choosing and agreeing to send us information about yourself /e.g. when you fill out the form to book an appointment with our specialist/. Depending on the services you use, we may collect and process the following information about you: names, social security number, address, date of birth, educational qualification, additional qualification and legal capacity, contact telephone number, email address, etc. Sensitive personal data - health data that we collect to provide the health care and treatment you request, as well as to make a medical diagnosis.
Why we collect your personal data
SF DENT processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Regarding services on the Site: booking an appointment for a review, for an initial review, promotional campaigns, and to respond to your inquiries or other correspondence.
In relation to the services provided in the medical facility itself: research, treatment and medical diagnosis, video and audio recording for the purpose of your protection and providing better services and level of healthcare.
Any personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when using our online registration forms will be used to evaluate our business or provide the specific service for which you are registering. Pursuant to legal and by-laws, SF DENT uses third parties to support certain activities or in fulfillment of a legal obligation, namely: external consultations with specialists, National Revenue Agency, National Insurance Institute, state and municipal structures, incl. Ministry of Health, Medical Audit Executive Agency, accounting offices, Website hosting and maintenance and communications.

Right to erasure (the right "to be forgotten") – right to ask SF DENT to delete (delete) or block your personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Regulation. Part of the right "to be forgotten" is the obligation of SF DENT to notify the third parties to whom this data has been disclosed of any such deletion or blocking, except in cases where this is impossible and/or requires excessive efforts.
5. Right to restriction of processing – right to request SF DENT to restrict the processing of your personal data when:
5.1. you dispute the accuracy of the data, for the period in which SF DENT must verify its accuracy;
5.2. the processing of your personal data is without legal basis, but instead of SF DENT deleting them, you want their limited processing;
5.3. you have lodged an objection to the processing of your personal data, pending verification that SF DENT's grounds are lawful.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the storage and processing of personal data before its withdrawal, and will not affect the storage and processing of personal data by SF DENT in cases where SF DENT has another legal basis for the storage and processing - legal obligation to keep this data, according to the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation and/or the law of the European Union, in the performance of a contract or in the presence of a legal interest.
